Hi, I'm Sarah...

I'm a trauma specialist, Coaching Psychologist and author.

I've worked in the trauma field for nearly twenty years, so I have a ton of experience helping people heal.

I researched trauma for over a decade as an academic. I was funded by the UK’s Medical Research Council (MRC) to test different treatments and types of support...and do a lot of geeky things with statistics.
