create real change.

In sessions we explore your patterns and survival strategies, your nervous system responses, your sense of self and the triggered parts of you that are stuck in the past.

At the end of every session I provide clear direction for the week ahead. I give exercises, tools, process and principles to use between our sessions. I do this because trauma healing happens as you interrupt patterns and build capacity. So the hours between our sessions are as important as our sessions together.

This active, empowering approach to trauma healing achieves outstanding results. It also ensures that you build unshakable resilience and a deep sense of self-belief.

Before my clients start working with me many of them worry they’re too damaged to ever feel truly calm, regulated and safe. They often feel overwhelmed and stuck. They feel as if they’re failing – stressed, stretched and strung-out. Then we begin our work together. Hope flickers, self-trust and agency build and real change grows within them.

I hope you hear the truth of what I’m saying: as you start to take action you will heal your trauma and thrive.

FAQs

How often are the sessions?

We can work sessions around your timetable and your budget. Some clients come every week, others every 2 weeks, and some see me every so often on an ad hoc basis.

Do you work with a team of practitioners?

I have a close team of outstanding trauma practitioners that I can refer to. My professional network and knowledge sets me apart from most practitioners.

Once I take you on as a client I ensure that you get precisely what you need and want - whether it’s specific Somatic Experiencing (SE) work, nutritional guidance, time at a trauma treatment centre, hormonal/endocrine advice or psychiatric assessment. These suggestions are all completely optional, but knowing I have such a trust-worthy network of practitioners and knowledge of how to ‘get the job done’ is hugely reassuring for many clients.

This bespoke, collaborative approach ensures that my clients feel extremely held and cared for.

Are you a Clinical Psychologist?

No, I'm a Coaching Psychologist. This means I use a coaching framework to help my clients heal, not a clinical/medical one. I use an empowering, evidence-based approach to help clients take control of their mind, body and life.
